The cream separates and unable to spread in the skin. Comes out of the tube and remains “goopy” and unable to smooth it onto the skin just remains a lumpy goopy mess

Nappy cream just separated & water pours out. Tried 3 tubes from different stores at different times. So I know it’s not a batch issue. Complete waste of money & disappointing as the other products are really good.

Upon opening the nappy cream, only water came out. I tried shaking the tube for 5 minutes but water continued to come out. After extracting all the water out of the tube, I was left with the cream. The cream feels thin and not very effective.

Terrible cream. It doesn't lather on/stay on skin when you put it on.. it is watery and just seems like a off formula whereby the cream isnt even a cream. Sudocream will always be 100000 times better quality.

My son struggled with nappy rash for 6 months until we found this! Our doctor even prescribed cream but it did nothing compared to this product! We switched to Bunjie nappy cream and wipes 2 months ago, and within 24 hours his rash was gone and hasn’t come back! HIGHLY recommend!

I bought this from the chemist, I had high hopes I really love the body wash, but after a few days of use it separated into an oily liquid. I tried to refrigerate it to see if that may reincorporate it but it didn’t help.
So I have 3/4 tube left and it’s unusable because it’s separated.

Really weird watery texture. Oil and water components are kind of separated in the tube and don't mix back together with shaking etc. Doesn't stick to baby's bum, drips and smears around. Not sure if effective because we never really used it as it just doesn't go on.

I had a really good experience with Bunjie customer service. I bought two nappy creams from a supermarket, and the formula was split. I contacted Bunjie to find out what could be done, and they immediately sent me a replacement without any hassle at all.

I found the cream was too watery at first so I contacted the Bunjie team. The lovely team explained to me that this is due to the storage of the product and the team had sent a new tube to me.
After tackling my bub's rash for a few weeks, I decided to give this cream a try and my bub's rash started fading and was gone within a few days . I was very happy with the cream and impressed with the customer service from the Bunjie team.

Update- u just received my replacement and thankyou. Its on my sons arms today, no scratching !!!!! I also have a secret for my face as zinc helps my blemishes so Im useing it as a face mask right now as we speak ! It feels cooling and im so glad I found this company !
