Bunjie offer FREE delivery on online orders over $70 to metro areas within Australia.
For metro orders under $70, the standard shipping fee will increase from $9 to $11.99.
Rural & Remote shipping (depending on your postcode) will incur a $13.99 fee. We are unable to offer free delivery to rural and remote regions.
If you’re in a hurry, Australia Express Shipping at $15.99 is available for metro areas only.

Returns
We want you to be 100% happy with your Bunjie goodies. If something’s not right, we’re here to help! You’re entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if a product is faulty, does not perform as reasonably expected for its intended use, or doesn’t match its description.

We will need your order number or receipt and a photo of the faulty product along with its batch code. Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns or refunds for change of mind purchases.
Nappies: We are unable to accept returns on our Probiotic Eco Nappies/Pants for change of mind. Not sure on sizing? Try a free 2-pack samples or start with a trial pack before committing to a monthly supply!
