Bunjie offers FREE SHIPPING for orders over $80.00 AUD in select Metro locations around Australia, including Wipes and Nappy Subscriptions, which require an $80.00 minimum spend per delivery cycle. FREE SHIPPING is not available to Regional, Rural and Remote Areas, where Standard Shipping Rates apply.

1. If your order is to be delivered to an Australian address via Standard Shipping, we will do our best to deliver your order within 7 working days (Monday – Friday, excluding official public holidays) from the date that you placed the order.


2. For orders to be delivered to Western Australia and the Northern Territory, please have a little more foot tapping patience & allow up to 10 working days for standard delivery.


Just a note: Bunjie reserves the right to cancel and refund orders that are destined for delivery to known freight forwarding addresses.


If your order is delivered to an Australian address via Express Shipping, we’ll do our very best to deliver the order within 3 working days (Monday – Friday, excluding official public holidays) from the date that you placed the order.

Please note: During extra-busy periods including promotions, public holidays, or the day after public holidays - dispatch times may vary and take a little longer than usual. Delivery timeframes may also be affected by circumstances outside our control, including restricted delivery options to certain remote areas, adverse weather, carrier delays, postal disruptions or other unforeseen events.


While we’ll always do our best to get your Bunjie goodies on their way as quickly as possible, Bunjie is not responsible for delivery delays caused by these external circumstances.

signature on delivery


Where Signature on Delivery is required for your order, you may be asked to sign for your parcel when it’s delivered or collected from a Post Office.


If you’re unwell, unable to sign, or would prefer a contactless delivery option, please let the delivery team know at the time of delivery. Where available and considered safe by the carrier, a contactless delivery option may be provided.


If Signature on Delivery is not required, the delivery team may leave your parcel in a safe place at the delivery address. If a safe place can’t be found, your parcel may be taken to the nearest Post Office or collection point for pick-up.


While we’ll always do our best to make delivery as smooth as a freshly wiped little bum, final delivery processes are managed by our delivery partners and may vary depending on their policies, safety procedures and service availability.

digital parcel collection


Parcel receivers who have registered with Australia Post's MyPost, will get a digital collection notification if they aren’t home when their parcel arrives. AusPost will no longer leave them a card.


AusPost's digital notifications have more accurate and useful information than a card, and customers can choose to receive them by email, SMS or through the AusPost app. They are sent once the parcel is ready for collection at the nearest Post Office.

prices and payment

All prices on the Bunjie website are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST. Prices are subject to change without notice.


The amount payable to Bunjie for an Order (Order Amount) will be the total of the following amounts:


  • ✨ The sum of the price of each Product ordered as indicated on the website at the time of submitting the Order (Product Subtotal);

  • ✨ The cost of delivery determined in accordance with Delivery stated above, and the sum of any other fees which Bunjie levies from time to time and which you have agreed to pay by providing your electronic consent (e.g. subscription fees).

  • Just one last thing…. you need to pay the Order Amount by credit card, or PayPal at the time of submitting the Order. Bunjie accepts Visa or Mastercard.

The policy below only applies to purchases made directly online (www.bunjie.com). If you’ve purchased from a retailer or in-store, please contact them directly regarding their returns policy.


We want you to be 100% happy with your Bunjie goodies. If something’s not right, we’re here to help! You’re entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if a product is faulty, does not perform as reasonably expected for its intended use, or doesn’t match its description.

a few things to note:

We will need your order number or receipt and a photo of the faulty product along with its batch code. Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns or refunds for change of mind purchases.


Nappies: We are unable to accept returns on our Probiotic Eco Nappies/Pants for change of mind. Not sure on sizing? Try a free 2-pack samples or start with a trial pack before committing to a monthly supply!

At Bunjie we understand parent brain is real! We all make mistakes. If you place an incorrect order or place it under the wrong address, please email our awesome customer service team at hey@bunjie.com as soon as possible with the correct information.


Please note, that mistake orders or incorrect details are the responsibility of the customer. However, we pinky promise we will try our hardest to make any changes before our speedy fulfilment centre ships your bundle out to you!
