The Tear-Free Eye Wipes, which we used on our 3-week-old newborn under the assurance that it was safe for baby skin.
Unfortunately, after using the wipes as directed, our baby experienced an alarming reaction. The product caused visible burns to the bridge and sides of her nose, followed by a rash that persisted for three distressing days. We were forced to take her to the emergency department, where she was prescribed an antibiotic ointment to help heal the affected areas.

90% of the wipes were bone dry, the remainder were only barely damp, box still in date. Pretty useless at wiping my newborn's crusty eyes. Disappointing and frustrating! Went out and bought a different brand which worked much better.

So happy with my first box -the moist sheets worked so well after an eye operation - but the contents of my second box was entirely different. The sheets were completely dry but the box description was exactly the same as the first purchase. How do I know what I am buying?

Love these wipes when they work, but bought a box to try on the weekend from a retailer, have had them for 3 days and so far half the pack has been great while the other half is unusable as they are completely dried out. If half the pack wasn’t unusable I would definitely give them a 5star but so disappointed that the product isn’t the same throughout the pack.
Great product when it works as it settles down the eye and removes all sticky from eye effortlessly but the product definitely needs some work to ensure random packets throughout the box aren’t completely dry and unusable especially considering the price for the amount you get. Love Bunjie products overall!
