Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter is Bunjie Pty Ltd (ABN 17 630 972 422) of 16 Stephenson Street, Cremorne VIC 3121 (“Bunjie” or the “Promoter”).

2. Acceptance of these Terms
Information about the Giveaway, including the Instagram post and entry instructions, forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
By entering the Giveaway, entrants confirm that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and other promotional material, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.
3. Promotional Period
The Giveaway opens at 3:00pm AEST on Thursday, 17 September 2026 and closes at 3:00pm AEST on Monday, 28 September 2026 (“Promotional Period”).
Entries received outside the Promotional Period will not be accepted.
4. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
Employees, contractors, officers and directors of the Promoter, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.
“Immediate family member” means a spouse, de facto partner, parent, child, sibling, stepchild, stepparent or stepsibling, whether or not they live in the same household.
Entrants must have a valid Instagram account and be able to provide an Australian delivery address.
5. How to Enter
To enter, an eligible entrant must complete all of the following during the Promotional Period:

Follow @bunjie on Instagram.

Like the designated Giveaway post.

Comment on the Giveaway post using exactly three emojis to create their dream birthday cake.
No purchase or entry fee is required.
Entrants must continue to follow @bunjie at the time the winner is selected and verified.
6. Multiple Entries
Entrants may submit multiple entries. Each different and eligible three-emoji combination will count as one entry.
Duplicate comments containing the same emoji combination from the same entrant will only count as one entry.
Entries that contain more or fewer than three emojis, or that do not satisfy the entry instructions, may be deemed invalid.
Each person may enter using one Instagram account only. Entries submitted using multiple, fake, automated or third-party accounts may be disqualified.
7. Prize
There is one prize available.
The prize consists of:

one My All-Star Shelfie bundle, with a total separate product value of $370.82;
-
twelve 80-pack Probiotic Baby Wipes, being 960 wipes in total, valued at $95.88; and
-
one Probiotic Eco Nappies Monthly Supply in the winner’s selected available size, valued at approximately $108.98.
The total prize value is $575.68 AUD, including GST.
The winner may select one available nappy size from the following:

Size 1: 208 nappies;
-
Size 2: 192 nappies;
-
Size 3: 160 nappies;
-
Size 4: 144 nappies;
-
Size 5: 128 nappies; or
-
Size 6: 112 nappies.
The prize includes standard delivery to one Australian address.
Prize values are based on the recommended retail prices of the individual products at the time these Terms and Conditions were prepared. Prices may change.
8. Prize Conditions
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash, credit or another product.
The prize cannot be separated or awarded to more than one person.
The winner is responsible for selecting an appropriate nappy size. Once the prize has been dispatched, the selected nappy size cannot be exchanged for change-of-mind or incorrect sizing, subject to rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
If a prize item becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter may substitute it with an item of equal or greater value, subject to any required regulatory approval.
Product colours, packaging and availability may vary.
9. Winner Selection
One provisions winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotional period.
The draw will take place at 11:00am AEST on Tuesday 29 September 2026 at 16 Stephenson Street, Cremorne VIC 3121.
The first valid eligible entry randomly selected will be the provisional winner, subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
10. Winner Notification
The provisional winner will be contacted on 29 September 2026 by direct message from Bunjie’s official Instagram account, @bunjie.
Bunjie may also reply to the winning comment or announce the winner’s Instagram username through an @bunjie Instagram Story or post.
The provisional winner must respond within seven days of being contacted and provide any information reasonably required to verify their eligibility, including their full name, age, Australian residential or delivery address, contact details and selected nappy size.
If the provisional winner does not respond within seven days, cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts, is ineligible or otherwise fails to comply with these Terms and conditions, the Promoter may conduct a redraw from the remaining eligible entries, subject to applicable law.
Bunjie will never request payment, banking details or credit card information to claim the prize.
11. Privacy
The Promoter will collect and use entrants’ personal information to administer the Giveaway, verify the winner, deliver the prize, respond to enquiries and comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
The winner’s Instagram username may be published in connection with the Giveaway results.
Personal information will otherwise be managed in accordance with Bunjie’s Privacy Policy, available at www.bunjie.com/pages/privacy-policy.
Entrants may contact hey@bunjie.com to request access to or correction of their personal information.
Entry into this Giveaway does not automatically subscribe an entrant to Bunjie’s email or SMS marketing communications.
12. Instagram Disclaimer
This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Meta.
By entering, each entrant completely releases Instagram and Meta from any responsibility or liability arising from or connected with the Giveaway, to the extent permitted by law.
Entrants acknowledge that they are providing their information to Bunjie and not to Instagram or Meta.
Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Giveaway must be directed to Bunjie and not to Instagram or Meta.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
Entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and any courts entitled to hear appeals from those courts.
