Bunjie $1,000 Coles Gift Card Giveaway – Terms and Conditions
  1. The Promoter is Bunjie Pty Ltd (ABN 17 630 972 422).
  2. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older, excluding employees of the Promoter and their immediate families.
  3. The promotion opens at 11am AEST on 24 August 2026 and closes at 1pm AEST on 1 September 2026 ("Promotion Period"). Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.
  4. To enter, during the Promotion Period, entrants must:
    1. follow @bunjie on Instagram;
    2. like the giveaway post; and
    3. comment on the giveaway post stating the first Bunjie product they would stock up on.
  5. Each separate eligible comment equals one entry. Multiple entries are permitted, provided each comment is a separate and genuine response. Duplicate or substantially identical comments will not constitute additional entries. Entries submitted using fake or fraudulent Instagram accounts, automated entry methods, or other methods designed to unfairly manipulate the promotion will be invalid. Automated, spam or offensive comments will be invalid.
  6. Entrants can receive a maximum of one bonus entry by sharing the giveaway post to their Instagram Story and tagging @bunjie during the Promotion Period. Entrants with private accounts must send a screenshot of their Story share to @bunjie via direct message before the promotion closes. Sharing the giveaway post more than once will not result in additional bonus entries.
  7. One winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries at 11am AEST on 2 September 2026 at 16 Stephenson Street, Cremorne VIC 3121. It will be conducted using a random electronic draw method. Each eligible entry has an equal chance of being selected. Entrants do not need to be present at the draw.
  8. The winner will receive one Coles Gift Card valued at AUD $1,000. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash and is subject to the applicable Coles Gift Card terms. If the prize becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to applicable law and any consent required from the winner.
  9. The winner will be contacted by the official @bunjie Instagram account within two business days of the draw. The Promoter will never request payment from the winner to claim to prize. Following verification of eligibility, the winner's first name and Instagram handle may be announced on the @bunjie Instagram account.
  10. The winner must respond and provide the requested verification and delivery details by 5pm AEST on 11 September 2026. If they cannot be contacted, are ineligible or do not claim the prize, the Promoter may conduct a redraw on 14 September 2026 at same location and by the same method as first draw. The replacement winner will be contacted with the same method in the same timeframes as applied to the original winner.
  11. Personal information will only be used to administer the promotion and award the prize, including to verify entries, contact and verify the winner, deliver the prize and, where applicable, announce the winner, in accordance with the Promoter's privacy policy. By entering, entrants consent to the Promoter collecting and using their personal information for these purposes. The Promoter will not use entrants' personal information for purposes unrelated to the promotion unless otherwise permitted by law or separately consented to by the entrant. 
  12. The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries, disqualify invalid entries and substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary, subject to applicable law request information reasonably necessary to confirm an entrant’s eligibility or compliance with these Terms and Conditions. Entries may be disqualified if the Promoter reasonably considers that an entrant has breached these Terms and Conditions, provided false information, tampered with the entry process or otherwise attempted to obtain an unfair advantage.
  13. The Promoter is not responsible for entries, comments, Story shares, tags, direct messages or other communications that are late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted or not visible or received by the Promoter due to an entrant’s privacy settings, deletion of content or accounts, platform errors, network failures or other technical issues outside the Promoter’s reasonable control. Entrants are responsible for ensuring that their entry and, where applicable, evidence of their bonus entry is visible or received by the Promoter before the Promotion Period closes.
  14. If this promotion is interfered with or cannot be conducted as reasonably anticipated due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, including technical failures, platform outages, fraud or other causes affecting the administration, security, fairness or integrity of the promotion, the Promoter may modify, suspend or cancel the promotion to the extent permitted by applicable law.
  15. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram. By entering, entrants acknowledge that they are providing their information to the Promoter and not to Instagram and release Instagram from liability arising in connection with the promotion to the extent permitted by law. Coles is not the promoter and does not sponsor, endorse or administer this promotion.
  16. The Promoter's decisions in relation to the administration of the promotion, eligibility of entries and conduct of the draw are final, subject to applicable law. Nothing in these T&Cs excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
